General terms and conditions of business (GTC) of the company Montenapoleone di Mehdizadeh Naderi
1. Subject of the contract
The following terms and conditions apply to the order and delivery of articles ordered by the customer via online shopping on the Internet via montenapoleone.ch.

Within the scope of these services, the following general terms and conditions apply exclusively.
3. Conclusion of the contract
All offers made by MONTENAPOLEONE DI Mehdizadeh Naderi are without obligation. The contract between the customer and MONTENAPOLEONE DI Mehdizadeh Naderi shall only come into effect through an order by the customer and its acceptance by MONTENAPOLEONE DI Mehdizadeh Naderi. The customer's order is placed online by filling in the order form provided. MONTENAPOLEONE DI Mehdizadeh Naderi accepts the order by delivering or partially delivering the ordered products.
4. Delivery
Deliveries are made after credit card payment in the online shop, to the delivery address provided by the customer. MONTENAPOLEONE DI Mehdizadeh Naderi is not liable for delays. The risk shall pass to the customer when the goods are handed over for shipment.
5. Retention of title
MONTENAPOLEONE DI Mehdizadeh Naderi reserves the right of ownership of the ordered products until the customer has fully paid the purchase price from the current contract period.
6. Payment / shipping costs
The purchase price is due with the first partial delivery. The customer can pay by credit card. The shipping costs are included in the price - unless otherwise stated. This applies to deliveries worldwide. For deliveries outside of Switzerland, the customer is responsible for any applicable taxes and customs duties.
6.1 The customer has the option to pay by invoice.
The Customer is obliged to pay the invoice, which is included in the delivery of the Product (order), within 14 days. The date of this payment period is valid from the date of placing the order and is included in the order confirmation e-mail and in the invoice with the package. If the receipt of payment exceeds 20 days, the following reminder fees apply:
1. Fee for first reminder = 25 CHF
2. Fee for second reminder = 15 CHF
3. Dossier assignment fee for transfer to collection = 50 CHF
7. Pricing
The prices quoted in the online shop are not binding and can be adjusted by MONTENAPOLEONE DI Mehdizadeh Naderi at any time.
8. Delay
If the customer is in arrears with his payment, the outstanding deliveries will be held back until proof of payment has been provided.
9. Right of return
MONTENAPOLEONE DI Mehdizadeh Naderi grants the customer the right to return the ordered goods to MONTENAPOLEONE DI Mehdizadeh Naderi within 14 days from the date of delivery if the goods are not to his liking. Used, removed from the original packaging or damaged goods are excluded from the right of return.

Your Montenapoleone team will accept the return or exchange of items that are in new condition, not worn, unaltered and not damaged by the customer. The article must be in its original packaging, without damage to the labels or clothing tag. Returns that do not comply with the above guidelines will not be accepted.
To obtain a refund or exchange, send the item within 14 days of receiving the original order. You will receive a refund of the cost of the item within 14 days of receiving the original order. In order to keep prices as low as possible, we are unfortunately unable to offer free delivery for returns at this time. Therefore the customer has to pay the costs for the delivery.
10. Data protection
Personal data of the customer are only collected within the scope of the legal regulations. The Customer agrees that the Post Office may notify his correct address if a postal item could not be delivered at the address provided.
11. Final provisions
Place of jurisdiction is the registered office of MONTENAPOLEONE DI Mehdizadeh Naderi. However, MONTENAPOLEONE DI Mehdizadeh Naderi may also call upon the court at the customer's registered office. Swiss law shall apply exclusively, even if orders are placed from abroad or deliveries are made abroad. The parties shall endeavour to settle any disputes arising from the execution of this contract amicably. With the order of goods by the purchaser, these general terms and conditions are deemed to be accepted. Amendments or additions to the General Terms and Conditions of Business shall be made exclusively by MONTENAPOLEONE DI Mehdizadeh Naderi. These must be made in writing.
